By sharing live location from Google, loved ones or close people can be tracked very easily. As a result, no one has to worry about unnecessary searches or security anymore.

Google Maps has now become an integral part of citizen life. It has various features including the distance to any place at any time, the most pristine route for travel. However, the live location sharing feature has become so

popular these days that most people take advantage of this feature.

Just as Google Maps provides information about the route of any city, the app also provides instructions on which road to use in the most convenient way to reach the destination in the least time and using traffic-free roads. So

Through this, it is possible to know where the people nearby are, and if you are in danger, it is possible to be rescued easily by sharing the location.

To use the location sharing feature, you first have to download Google Maps from the Google Play Store. Then you have to connect your Gmail to Google Maps. There, on the top right side of the device, you can access the account settings by clicking on the option marked with the Gmail

account’s profile picture.

In these settings, there is an option called Live Location. Clicking on that option will activate the option. Then a link will be found there, which, if shared with a close person on any social media or email,

that person will be able to keep an eye on him/her with live location from home. However, for this, there must be a constant internet connection.
