BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has extended his warmest greetings and congratulations to all Muslims in Bangladesh and the Muslim world on the occasion of the holy Ramadan.
In a message sent by the party’s Joint Office Secretary Muhammad Munir Hossain on Monday (March 11), Mirza Fakhrul said, “On the occasion of the holy Ramadan, I extend my heartfelt greetings and congratulations to all Muslims in Bangladesh and the world.
May peace, comfort and justice return to social life through restraint and freedom from the cycle of revenge, evil and filth – this is our prayer in the holy month of Ramadan. I wish everyone happiness, peace and well-being in the month of Ramadan.”
The BNP Secretary General said, “Every Ramadan, national leader Begum Khaleda Zia used to break fast with people from different walks of life, starting with orphans. Our beloved leader is a victim of injustice and imprisonment and is seriously ill. Let us pray for her unconditional release and recovery.
During the holy month of Ramadan, when a fasting person begs for mercy from the Almighty God, He forgives the servant with a satisfied heart. In this holy month of Ramadan, a true believer keeps himself restrained and vigilant in all aspects throughout the day, only in the hope of gaining closeness to Allah. The month of Ramadan is a special season of worship, because in this month, fasting removes the sins of a person and creates an area for his spiritual and spiritual perfection. The main theme of Ramadan is the Quran. Its purpose is to abstain from sin, gain faith and piety.
