Have cold ‘fruit yogurt’ for iftar

What’s the point of having fruit in a healthy iftar? That’s why almost everyone eats exotic fruits during iftar. Fruits can also be used to make great dishes, the easiest and healthiest of which is fruit yogurt.

Fruit yogurt can be made with just a few sweet fruits at home. It is both delicious and healthy to eat. You can make it just a few hours before iftar with just a few ingredients and keep it in the fridge.

Then serve it cold during iftar. You will feel relief and energy immediately after eating it. Let’s find out the recipe-

Ingredients-

1. Sour yogurt 250 grams/1 cup (drained)

2. Cream 1 tin (Dano or Nestle)

3. Condensed milk/honey as per taste

4. Orange juice 1/4 cup
5. 3 cups of cubes of apple, watermelon, pear, grape, strawberry, white or any sweet fruit and
6. Coconut flakes as desired.

Method –

Mix cream, drained sour cream and condensed milk well in a bowl. If you don’t want to add condensed milk, you can use only honey.

Cut the fruits into small pieces and mix with orange juice. Now mix the fruit cubes with the cream mixture. Now mix with coconut and keep it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours and serve.
